Design and Installation of Industrial Pallet Racking
The Brief:
One of East Anglia's most prominent wine traders and importers, they wanted a specially designed pallet racking system which would accommodate two warehouse into one.
The Project:
After meeting with the customer a member of the ESE Projects team designed a layout which was best suited the spaces available utilising their existing forklift truck as well as gain the required number of pallets stored.
We presented our proposal to the client within a couple of days of the initial visit. Having been awarded the contract the pressure was on to get this installed to the clients tight deadline to enable them to vacate one of their existing units so as to not incur an additional rental period, this was only two weeks from order placement.
The scope of works was the supply, delivery and installation of new pallet racking to accommodate 180 pallets 1000mm wide x 1200mm deep and up to 1700mm high with 1000kgs load.
We worked with a national pallet racking manufacturer to ensure that the deadline was achieved. The installation was completed within 2 days of the delivery being made.
