We recently completed some work for friars pride, a local company who are building on their success and needed to expand their freezer area.
What they wanted the pallet racking for:
ESE Projects were contacted by a long term customer Friars Pride, who have owned and run fish & chip wholesaler company for over 40 years. They some brand new pallet racking to go in their new purpose built freezer to help them expand and accommodate their continuing success.
How the pallet racking was installed:
This project was different to our more conventional builds as it was designed off plan.
The scope of works was to supply, deliver and install new pallet racking to accommodate 168 pallets 1000mm wide x 1200mm deep and up to 1800mm high with a maximum pallet weight of 1000kgs load.
We also installed lower level picking locations with timber decking panels.
We worked closely with our nominated pallet racking manufacturer to ensure that the deadline was achieved prior to the freezer being brought down to the required temperature of -21 (that’s a bit nippy!).
Working quickly and efficiently the installation was completed within 2 days of the delivery being made.
